Do you like it or doesn't fit? Even if we are constantly improving our item descriptions, pictures and size advice, it sometimes happens that a dog collar doesn't fit the dog, the dog bed looks different than expected, or that a leash is not made to your hand. We say: No problem, send it back to us!
You can take 20 days to carefully examine the goods. You can easily return items within these 20 days. Please understand that we only take back unused items. Please be careful not to remove attached labels or to stain the item. The goods must not show any signs of use (all information on the right of return). The returns is at your own cost.
THE 4 RETURN STEPS
- Fill out the form. Please fill out the return form included in every shipment so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
- Pack the goods. Please send the goods back in the undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping box.
- If the order value is less than € 50, please post the package and send it to: Such a Nice Life OG. Steingasse 19/7, 1030 Vienna. From an order value higher than € 50 a return label can be created automatically here, with which you can conveniently post the package free of charge and at any carrier identified on the label.
- You get your money back as soon as we have received the goods, we will check and process them at lightning speed. You will receive a confirmation of receipt, then it usually only takes a few working days for invoices that have already been paid to be reimbursed by us.
NEW ORDER INSTEAD OF EXCHANGE
To ensure the highest possible and up-to-date inventory, we can unfortunately no longer offer exchanges. If you would like to order an article in a different color or size, please send the unwanted article back to us and place a new order. This means that the replacement item is with you much faster!
In the event of transport damage, you will of course receive a replacement immediately. Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt for completeness and intactness and, if possible, have any damage noted by the transport service provider immediately upon receipt. Then please inform our team at firstname.lastname@example.org about the damage so that we can process the reimbursement or exchange of your order immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
